 Lara Henneman writes dark, fun fiction that takes an unflinching look at motherhood, parenting, and family secrets. Two of her novels are currently out on submission to publishers-- hopefully you'll be able to read them soon! Lara has had work published in Adelaide Magazine, Mutha Magazine, Mom Egg Review, Dreamers Magazine, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, and more. A graduate of Brown University and the University of Denver Korbel School of International Studies, Lara has worked for a variety of nonprofits focused on social impact causes. She is a member of the Author’s Guild and Pen Parentis, a non-profit that supports parent-writers. Lara lives in Maryland with her husband, children, and miscellaneous pets.
